[NO ANSWER SO FAR: But the full police report makes it clear that no hospital was involved in the incident - Barnes or otherwise.  The full report also states that Jaquell Mitchel-Cook's time of death was 00:53.  If that means it was 12-27-2021 at 12:53 am then I was told of his death over an hour before it happened. 10-19-2021]

12-02-2020   Vincent Michael Young and Terryon (Terry) Simms:  Why were the following things said or texted without an explanation then no explanation given when asked?

   Spoken by Terryon (Terry) Simms on 12-26-2019 around 11:45 PM (I don't think I have the exact words he used, so they're paraphrased) as we drove down Broadway Street after gambling at Lumiere Casino: "Jerzey died from a overdose".

  • I didn't know that Jerzey's name was Jaquell Mitchell-Cook at the time.
  • I asked Terryon (Terry) Simms what his actual name was and he said he didn't know but found out his first name was Jaquell and told me within a couple weeks.
    • When he gave me the first name only he said "I don't want to hear anymore about this" 

   When I asked when it happened, Terryon (Terry) Simms replied "earlier today".

   When I asked if anyone had told Vincent Michael Young, Terryon (Terry) Simms replied "I just did".

   I then texted Vincent Michael Young (shortly before midnight) "Sorry to hear about Jerzey".

   Text reply from Vincent Michael Young: "Lucky for you they took him to Barnes. bitch."

  • Subsequent texts asking for an explanation were not returned.
  • About 6 months later Vincent Michael Young told me the text "wasn't meant for you" while we were sitting on the outdoor furniture outside the Quick Trip on 904 S Vandeventer Ave waiting for a pizza.
  • In the same conversation he said Jaquell's last name was Mitchell and I was able to find it hyphenated with Cook online.
  • He also added right after "you know... Terry was there when it happened".  But he said it in a way that didn't seem right or truthful and I ignored the statement.
   When I asked Terryon (Terry) Simms if he knew why Vincent Michael Young had texted me back about Barnes his response was "It makes perfect sense to me."
  • Subsequent requests to Terryon (Terry) Simms about finding out what was meant by Vincent Michael Young were ignored.
  • Later attempts  to ask Terryon (Terry) Simms why the text received from Vincent Michael Young had made perfect sense to him were ignored.

2022-06-18 - "Did you know Jacquell's brother did modeling?" An individual I know has occasionally mentioned something during a conversation that seemed slightly out of place to me. What is mentioned - for the instances I'm aware of - was perceived by me as the same tone and significance of the existing conversation. First person impression added - Hibearnation

2022-06-18 - "Jacquell [will or should] be here in 15 minutes". I was at Hibearnation at the Holiday Inn St. Louis for approximately 20 minutes (may have been up to 30 minutes) on Sunday, October 3rd in 2019. I accompanied someone there. I felt uncomfortable shortly after entering the building and walking to the ballroom. While sitting down at a ballroom table I began feeling something like the start of a panic or anxiety attack. As that began I started getting the impression that gentleman walking past and from across the room were aware of who I was sitting beside: Not like they knew or had met him though. The best description of the stares I have is odd and strangely neutral. It also seemed like it was a couple or pair of individuals staring "together".
